Guests have access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, and the two private balconies. A ski storage room is also available within the building for storing skis, snowboards, or bicycles. A shared laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers is located in the basement. The parking spaces in front of the residence may be used subject to availability with the parking permit provided in the apartment.

Getting around
Five parking spaces are available in front of the residence. They can be used with the parking permit provided in the apartment, which must be clearly displayed on your vehicle's windshield. These spaces are not reserved and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If all spaces are occupied when you arrive, a paid public parking lot is located directly across the road. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available there. As soon as a space becomes available in front of the residence, you are welcome to move your vehicle there. Please note that the main entrance door of the building locks automatically between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM, so always remember to take your keys with you when leaving during this period. A shared laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers is available in the basement and operates with Swiss coins.
